Keynote Speaker: Katie Krawczyk of 19 IDEAS

Katie Krawczyk has more than 15 years’ experience as a marketing, communications and public relations professional in Buffalo, NY, Washington, DC, New York City, and Seoul, Korea.

She has extensive expertise with developing and implementing targeted communications and marketing outreach strategies for reaching both internal and external stakeholders, as well as the media. Katie has a proven track record managing a wide range of successful creative projects, including the production of print and digital integrated marketing campaigns, and is keen to adapt specific communication and public relations strategies tailored to an organization’s unique needs and audiences. She has exceptional skills in writing and editing, and has led award-winning national public relations campaigns.

Katie currently resides on the boards for Persistence Preparatory Academy, Canisius College Women in Business Center, The Eric Wood Foundation and the International Institute of Buffalo. Additionally, Katie is a freelance writer for several Western New York media outlets, including Buffalo Magazine, Buffalo Rising, WNY Craft Beer Magazine, and Visit Buffalo Niagara’s blog.

Katie graduated from Leadership Buffalo and was named to the Buffalo Business First 40 Under 40 list in 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a concentration in Public Policy from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
