A little note from Chamber Member Concord Historical Society – Lucy Bensley Center
“If you have family photos, please take the time to write the names down, dates, or any information you can for the future generations! Post 11 ~ Springville’s finest firefighters are pictured with their latest equipment at the corner of Woodward and South Buffalo Street, near the Log Cabin, where the first fire station was located. Note the bell on the truck and chains on the wheels. You can read about this truck in two of our newspapers that we had at the time… the Springville News as well as the Journal and Herald!”
When’s the last time you stopped by the genealogy library in town? Come on over—office hours are Tues-Wed-Thurs from 9am-3pm. 23 North Buffalo Street.
